1. What are the 2 biggest reasons people still shop at stores?
2. What are the 2 biggest reasons people shop online?
3. If you had the ability which buying experience would you prefer and why?
4. Will online shopping be the only method in 2050 or will people gradually return to stores or strike a balance? Why?
5. Canada Post has been crippled by the lack of letter sending due to social media and emails etc..... They have decided to focus now mainly on digital shopping and delivering the puchased products. Is this a smart business plan change? Why or why not? 
6. If something is wrong with your product it is far easier to return it to a physical store. Suggest one way that online shopping could make their return process easier for the buyer and make physical stores even less meaningful. 

1.The 2 biggest reasons people still shop at stores is because they can pay in cash, and can actually see what the item looks like insted of looking at a photo of it.

2.The 2 biggest reasons people shop online is becaue you can sit home and shope; you dont have to go anywhere. Also because you can shop anytime there is no store hours.

I think this is a smart option because letter sending is never going to get bigger again so they might as well find another way to make money.

6.Online shops could make one place in every town where you could take your returns and then they could make one big order tio send the stuf back and they could ship you your new product or send you money through mail from the actual company.
